Karen Kulinich knows cars.

For nearly three decades, Karen has been an intrinsic part of the automotive industry, working with dealerships up and down the East Coast in every aspect of the business, from sales to service to buying and selling.

Over the years, her daily contact with customers made Karen acutely aware of the information people want and need, in large part because she found herself being asked (and having to answer) the same questions, over and over again.

She realized the necessity and benefit - particularly for women - of understanding the actual processes involved in the purchase and servicing of a vehicle.

In response to that need, Karen created a workshop designed to empower every potential car buyer by eliminating the mystery behind the purchase process, pulling back the curtain on what happens behind the scenes when you go in to buy a car.

Because if you know what's supposed to happen, you can be prepared to take advantage of it, rather than having it taking advantage of you.

Karen lives and works in the Greater Richmond area.
